Features Available to Members

  1. View Simulator

    Explore the view from a floor and direction of interest using a 3D cityscape. For buildings not yet completed, you can view the current surroundings from the planned height of each floor.

    You can load a new map up to 20 times per day. Changing the floor, direction, or zoom on a map already displayed does not count toward this limit. If the mapping service's overall usage allowance is exhausted for the day, access will stop even if you have loads remaining.

  2. Detailed Unit Investment Analysis

    For the TOWERS SELECT INVESTMENT INDEX of units currently for sale, you can view each dimension's rank and score, its difference from the building average, and explanatory comments.

    The overall rating is available without registration. See How to Read the INDEX for guidance.

  3. Favorites

    Save buildings and units of interest and access them anytime from your account page.

    Check new listings and price changes since you saved an item under “Favorite Updates.” You can also choose to receive one daily notification at your verified email address.

    You can save up to 100 items in each category: buildings and units.

  4. Compare Buildings and Units

    Compare buildings or units side by side in the same table by number of floors, unit count, price, monthly costs, and INDEX.

    For units for sale, you can estimate monthly payments using consistent down-payment, interest-rate, and repayment-term assumptions. You can also compare building facilities and management information while checking each source and verification date.

    You can compare up to 3 items in each category—buildings and units—at a time.

  5. Saved Valuations

    Save the criteria and results of a sale or rental valuation and review them later.

    You can save up to 50 valuations. A valuation is saved only when you select “Save Results.”

  6. Owned-Unit Portfolio

    Register the floor and exclusive-use area of units you own to review each unit's current estimated sale value and rent, along with portfolio totals, unrealized gains or losses, and gross yield. One valuation is saved each day so you can track changes in estimated value on a chart.

    You can register up to 20 units. Room numbers and names are not required. Valuations are indicative and do not guarantee transaction prices. The historical chart appears after three days of valuations have accumulated.

  7. Following and Your Timeline

    Follow members and buildings of interest to see posts, reviews, new listings, and price changes in one timeline. Reactions to and quotes of your posts, as well as new followers, appear in your social notifications.

    Your public profile can include a bio, favorite areas, and buildings you are watching. You can choose what to disclose for each owned unit and each field; everything is private by default. Members who publish an ownership overview can also share collection cards that omit prices and unit details.

Information Available Without Registration

The following information remains available without registration.

  • Basic building information, including floors, units, completion date, nearby stations, land prices, transaction records, and disaster risk assumptions
  • Units currently for sale or rent and their prices
  • Prices and market trends by area and ward
  • Overall unit INDEX ratings

How to Register

  1. Open the Sign In or Register page.
  2. Sign in with a Google Account, or enter your email address and then the 6-digit code you receive.
  3. If you are a new user, your membership is created when authentication is complete.
