What You Can Do
- Check each building's number of floors and units, completion date, nearby stations, land prices, transaction records, and disaster risk assumptions.
- Compare units for sale or rent by price, floor area, floor, and monthly costs.
- Track daily changes in listing counts and prices by area and ward.
- Rank units for sale by each component of our proprietary TOWERS SELECT INVESTMENT INDEX.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not broker properties, connect users with sellers or landlords, or accept property inquiries.
- We do not provide actual transaction prices or predict future prices or returns. Unit prices are the amounts stated in publicly available listings.
- We do not fill in unknown values with estimates. Unverified items are shown as “Unverified” or “—”.
